Parents’ Corner

A quiet corner for Santa’s helpers at home. Everything about ordering lives here, away from little eyes.

Grown-ups place every order. Children never type anything on this site. The Mail Room pages are just for looking and wondering, with no forms or sign-ups for kids. You share a few details about your child, and we use them only to write the letter.

Ways to receive a letter

Every letter is personalized and written in Santa’s warm, classic voice, with no religious content and no licensed characters, just Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, and the reindeer.

A printable letter $5.95

How it works

  1. Choose a letter and the style that fits your child: Little Ones (2–4), Classic (5–8), Still a Believer (9–12), Siblings (2–3 children), or Big Improvement This Year.
  2. Tell Santa a little about your child on a short form for grown-ups:
    • First name (first names only, please)
    • Age
    • Town
    • A friend or pet
    • One thing they did this year
    • One Christmas wish
    • How the certificate should refer to them: she/her, he/him, they/them, or name only
For mailed letters, you’ll also add the mailing address.
  3. The letter arrives. Printable letters are emailed to you. Mailed letters are printed and sent to your child in an envelope from Santa’s Workshop.

Mail delivery times are set by the mail carrier and can be slower in December.

Questions

Who places the order?

A parent or guardian, always. Children don’t use the order form or share anything themselves. The kids’ pages of this site are just a storybook to explore.

Can I order one letter for siblings?

Yes. The siblings letter names each child with their own age, accomplishment, and wish. In the mailed bundle, each child gets their own Nice List certificate.

How does the certificate refer to my child?

You choose: she/her, he/him, they/them, or name only, which is the default. Letters always speak to your child directly as “you.”

What does the envelope look like? Is there a North Pole postmark?

Mailed letters arrive in an envelope with a “Santa’s Workshop, North Pole” return name and your child’s name on the front. They travel by regular mail with standard postage, so there’s no special North Pole postmark. The magic is all inside.

Are the letters religious?

No. They use a classic, secular Santa voice focused on kindness, effort, and wonder.

What if I make a typo on the form?

Santa writes exactly what you enter, so please double-check spelling. If you spot a mistake, reply to your confirmation email right away. We can fix it before the letter goes to print or the PDF is delivered.

Is the reindeer food safe for animals?

The recipe is plain oats and a pinch of sugar, with no glitter, sequins, or plastic sprinkles. The card reminds families to use only a little, sweep up leftovers, and check local wildlife guidance first.

Do you mail outside the United States?

Not this season. Mailed letters go to US addresses only. Printable letters work anywhere.

Refund policy

If we make a mistake (a misspelling that wasn’t in your form, a printing problem, or a damaged letter), we’ll send a corrected letter or PDF free of charge, or give you a full refund. It’s your choice.

Changing your mind: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your PDF is delivered or your mailed letter goes to print (usually within one business day). Because each letter is personalized, once it’s printed or delivered we can’t refund a change of mind or details entered incorrectly on the form, but we’ll always try to help.

December 8 promise: if you ordered a mailed letter or bundle to a US address by December 8 and it hasn’t arrived by December 24, email us by January 15 for a full refund. Orders placed December 9–12 are mailed promptly but aren’t covered by this promise.

Your family’s privacy

We ask only for first names and a few fun details, use them only to make your letter, never sell them, and delete your child’s details after the season (by January 31, 2027). Read the full Privacy Policy for Parents.
